My name is Nicole Alvarez Collazo, and I’m passionate about creating beautiful residential spaces that blend rustic charm with modern luxury. Ever since I was a kid, I’ve loved redesigning spaces, starting with my own childhood room. That early passion grew into a desire to craft homes that feel both warm and contemporary. Inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright’s thoughtful approach to design, my dream is to design floor plans that bring together barn-style aesthetics and sleek, modern touches. Using 3D rendering and innovative technology, I hope to bring my ideas to life, creating spaces that feel personal, functional, and truly special. In my work that I submitted, you will see how creative I am in sustainable design and how I explored new strategies in a residential apartment.
