Drawing and painting have been my passion since childhood. Through my artwork, I aim to use colors to evoke contrasting emotions and provoke thoughts visually and conceptually, triggering an emotional response.

During a family vacation to Death Valley, I was inspired by the sight of abandoned automobiles and machines, noticing their rust, moss, and the effects of light and shadows. This observation led me to capture the beauty of nature by reclaiming these objects on my canvas.

Nature’s beauty is ever-present, reflecting different shades in every season and time of day. Everything around us originates from nature and will eventually return to it. I strive to capture this process and beauty through my paintings. The main subject is old automobiles and abandoned machinery after use. When the vehicle’s artificial colors fade due to the weather, they return to their natural characteristics such as rusty color. I will highlight a different and unique perspective on abandoned vehicles and how they slowly get absorbed in the surrounding environment. Aiming to propose viewing abandoned vehicles differently and treating them as antiques.

I believe this series of paintings capture a moment in time, showcasing the beauty of every day, sometimes overlooked objects and their inevitable return.
