I believe acting allows us to truly see one another. Being seen is a profound form of care—one that every person deserves—and I strive to contribute to that through my work. I was born and raised in China, surrounded by art and music thanks to my parents, who filled our home with creativity. Growing up, I traveled across the country with them, constantly discovering new places and perspectives. Maybe that’s why I’m always chasing new experiences—I never learned how to sit still. There are too many lives I want to live, too many stories I want to tell. Acting lets me do both, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
Trained in theater in Canada and then thrown into the wild world of screen acting in the U.S., I want to bring a mix of theatrical boldness and cinematic nuance. I’m drawn to characters who don’t quite fit in—those on the fringes, the misfits, the beautifully bizarre—probably because I relate. When I’m not acting, I’m creating—whether it’s sketch comedy, monologues, or anything that lets me explore the strange and wonderful corners of human nature. Let’s make something weird and unforgettable together.
