I’m Chen Chen, writer, editor, filmmaker, and a graduate film student from China majoring in editing. I’ve been making short films and mashup videos for my own channel for years and gradually developed a style built around cutting to music, emotional pacing, and storytelling through timing. Most of my short films are self-produced, from concept to final cut. I make films that focus on rhythm, sound, and
montage. Even when directing, I think like an editor—editing is where my stories begin.
