Aquatic Park: Flood Resistant Waterfront Park

New concept design for Aquatic Park: The original infrastructure is relatively scattered, with two boat docks, a beach, and a concrete stand. I hope to integrate these facilities and use the foundation of the original concrete grandstand to create a leisure green outdoor theater next to it. At the same time, the green terraces can also play a role in flood prevention in bad weather. From west to east, four circular outdoor squares connect the original facilities. From west to east, four circular observation decks connect the existing facilities. Outdoor leisure trails are added between the decks to connect the beach and outdoor green stands. Street trees are added beside the leisure trails to block the scorching sun in summer. Local landscape trees are planted near the outdoor green stands to add coolness, hoping to create a paradise in the city. The cool sea breeze allows people to stop temporarily to enjoy the sunset at the seaside. Let the body and mind get a satisfying rest.
