Hello my name is Jason, I am a Film and Television Producer born and raised in Brooklyn NY, and currently residing in Los Angeles. I am proud to celebrate my 22nd year working in the industry. My career began as a Production Sound Mixer when I was 16 years old, starting in the NY independent film circuit. Since then, I’ve worn many hats before committing to Producing full time. I have owned a handful of successful companies, namely equipment rental houses, and a health and safety mitigation firm. I am always looking for the next challenge and opportunity. Obtaining my Masters degree was always a personal goal of mine as I am the first member of my family to graduate college, and will be the first to obtain a Masters degree. Over my career, I have nearly 400 Film and Television credits, where I strive to bring all the knowledge I’ve gained over the years to each production I take part in. Since opening my latest production company, JayKat Productions, in 2022, I have produced 2 Feature Films and 7 Short Films in the United States, 1 Feature Film in Canada, 1 Feature as a Co-Production between the USA and Poland. We currently have a slate of films looking to produce in Canada for 2025-2026, as well an international co-production between
the USA, Poland, and India.
