Isabella Amaya is a talented sculptor with expertise across a variety of mediums. Her work is deeply influenced by the natural world, personal life experiences, mental health, and the beauty found in everyday moments. A lifelong connection to art and creativity has shaped her journey, allowing her to explore diverse practices, including multiple types of painting, glassblowing, yarn and fabric crafts, mixed media, clay sculpture, jewelry and metal arts, and, most recently, bronze casting. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts with an emphasis in sculpture at the Academy of Art University, Amaya has earned recognition for her artistry. She is the recipient of the CWA Fine Arts Award and has showcased her work in the 2022, 2023, and 2024 Academy of Art University Spring Shows.
