Ryuta Kawamoto is a BFA student at the Academy of Art, currently focusing on oil painting. His work is based on scenes from city life, especially everyday moments that people often pass by. Recently, he has been painting more urban landscapes, trying to show the unique character of the places he lives in and moves through. His goal is to make people notice something new in the familiar.
